Little jug from the cave of Agios Bartholomaios. Final Neolithic period. The cave is located in the interior of Lesbos and was used for a short time at the end of the Neolithic period for herd-raising activities. Pottery from the cave was mainly unslipped and handmade. On the other hand, pitchers with a black surface and painted decoration of white lines show more careful manufacture.
